My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was nice and close to where I needed to be, but the room was heavily smoked in and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator or microwave. The service was hit or miss, and the dining options were quite disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice, but unfortunately, the cigarette smell was a bit off-putting. I loved the size of the rooms and the tub, although it was disappointing that it was out-of-service for the entire week. The service was accommodating, but there were some instances where the staff seemed abrupt bordering on rude. The location was convenient for my needs as it was close to the JFK Neuroscience Institute where I had to spend most of my time. The dining options were limited, although the classic American dishes were enjoyable.
Don't kill your excitement by booking at this hotel as my room had a syringe in one, stains on the comforter, and no phone in the other. However, the hot tub was a great relief after a long drive in traffic.
